If you would like to become our client, in order to do business dealing on the Sarajevo stock exchange, You need to stipulate with us the Contract on performing brokerage activities, (stipulated only once, when the client comes to our brokerage house for the first time).

As a natural person, when signing the Contract, you need to submit the following documentation:

1. ID card photocopy (for international natural persons, a photocopy of the passport needs to be certified by B-H state authorities)

2. Open bank account in KM (savings, giro or a current account) or an account opened abroad

After the Contract has been signed the client also signs an order for opening a client account with the Securities Registry, where a record of securities is kept in the name and on behalf of the client.

The client who wishes to issue an order for securities purchasing, is obliged to pay in a 100% of securities purchasing in advance increased by the costs of transaction on behalf of the AUCTOR BH d.o.o Mostar.

The payment of funds in the country is made on the account no.: 1540010000001910, reference number: 53291100813628 at the UPI BANKA d.d. Sarajevo, indicating the remittance objective: stock purchasing.

The payment of funds from abroad is made in the account no.: 1540010000001910, reference number: 53291100813628, SWIFT: UPBKBA22, indicating the remittance objective: stock purchasing.

The client who wishes to issue an order for securities selling has to make sure the securities that are the subject of the order, are located on the account with the Registry. They can then get transferred onto the client account open with the AUCTOR BH d.o.o. Mostar, what is proven by a statement on possession of the afore-mentioned stocks, issued by the Securities Registry.
